Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that appointment changes and cancellations sometimes come up unexpectedly. However, last minute cancellations significantly impact our business. To keep rates competitive while covering operational costs, the following cancellation/no-show policy applies to all services at The Erasure Laser Removal and Massage Therapy:
Cancellations
- Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
- Cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% fee based on the cost of the scheduled service with a minimum charge of $25.00.
- Cancellation fees will automatically be charged to the payment method provided when scheduling.
No Shows
- A “no show” is defined as failing to show up for a scheduled appointment without any prior cancellation notice.
- Full 100% service fees apply to all no shows. The full cost of the scheduled treatment or massage will be charged.
We appreciate your understanding with appointment changes. Our staff schedules are planned out in advance to ensure excellent service at your reserved time. Late notice cancellations are complicated and costly for a small business like ours. Requiring cancellation fees enables us to keep top talent to serve your treatment, massage, and relaxation needs at competitive rates.
